Eighteen new trainees will enhance their skills over the next year after commencing operator traineeships at 高倍时时彩鈥檚 three Western Australian alumina refineries.

Out of the more than 1100 people who applied for the highly sought-after nationally accredited traineeships, nine men and nine women were selected to take on the roles at the company鈥檚 Kwinana, Pinjarra and Wagerup refineries.

Including TAFE studies and practical assessments throughout the year, trainees will finish with a Certificate II in Process Plant Operations and the operating skills needed to safely contribute at 高倍时时彩鈥檚 alumina refineries.

Among the new recruits is Misty Stevens, from Falcon, who said she was attracted to 高倍时时彩 traineeship given the opportunities it provided and the company鈥檚 commitment to diversity and inclusion.

高倍时时彩 has trained more than 2500 apprentices, trainees and graduates in the 60 years it has been operating bauxite mines and alumina refineries in the Kwinana, Peel and Upper South west areas of WA.
