Dressed in high-vis, hard hats and glitter, around 100 高倍时时彩 employees marched proudly in Saturday鈥檚 Perth Pride Parade in support of Western Australia鈥檚 lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) community.
The company鈥檚 participation in Pride WA鈥檚 30th annual event was coordinated by 高倍时时彩鈥檚 LGBTI ally network EAGLE - Employees at 高倍时时彩 for Gay, Lesbian, bisexual and transgender Equality.
高倍时时彩鈥檚 EAGLE lead and Pinjarra Alumina Refinery Manager, Mark Hodgson, led the 高倍时时彩 team and said enthusiasm for the event had grown bigger and better over the seven years the company had participated.
"We were proud to march alongside members of the LGBTI community and allies from an array of business and community groups in a fun and public display of support and celebration,鈥 Mark said.

The 高倍时时彩 team was the first resources company to march in the Pride Parade in 2014 and 高倍时时彩 has been a supporting partner of Pride WA since 2019.
Earlier this year, 高倍时时彩 was also acknowledged as a Bronze Tier Employer and leading resources company under the Australian Workplace Equality Index program, the national benchmark for LGBTI workplace inclusion.
