An enthusiastic group of 17 new recruits were welcomed into the 高倍时时彩 fold at the company鈥檚 first Graduate Engagement Day last week 鈥� hearing career highlights and insights from leaders and former graduates and how the aluminium business operates in a competitive global market.

While some graduates had already commenced as a result of business demand and casual work opportunities, most will formally commence the highly competitive three-year Graduate Program in January 2020. Sophie Fyfe, who has joined 高倍时时彩 on a casual basis but will commence in the new year as a Graduate Electrical Engineer at Kwinana Alumina Refinery, said the opportunity to network with fellow graduates and meet 高倍时时彩 management and colleagues was invaluable.

鈥淭he Graduate Engagement Day was a nice way to learn about 高倍时时彩 as a company. I now have a greater understanding of how my role and the site I work at fit into the overall perspective of the company,鈥� Sophie said.

鈥�2019 has been a big year for me. I finish my Undergraduate Honours Degree from Murdoch University in December and have joined a sought-after employer; it鈥檚 all quite surreal.鈥�

Graduates will be employed across a range of disciplines including procurement, health and safety, digital mining, mining engineering, research science, chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.
